How we handle your health information.

When you submit an evaluation request we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, and date of birth.
We also collect sensitive personal data about your health. This includes the condition you are asking about, how long you have had it, treatments you have already tried, medications you take, and any imaging, lab results, or medical records you choose to send us.
We use your information for one purpose. We review your case to decide whether you may be a candidate for treatment, and we communicate with you about that evaluation. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
We may contact you about your evaluation by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. You choose which of these you give us.
Your information may be stored or processed by service providers located outside Mexico, including our website hosting provider. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer.
You have the right to access your personal data, to correct it if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. These are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of them, email info@altivacellulartherapy.com. We review and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@altivacellulartherapy.com. Once you withdraw it we stop processing your information and stop contacting you.
If you only want the messages to stop, tell us and we will remove you from contact. You can also reply STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message.
Your records and uploaded files are stored outside the public area of our website, so they cannot be reached from the internet. Access is restricted to authorized Altiva staff involved in your evaluation.
We keep evaluation records for as long as needed to review your case and to meet our legal and medical record obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, except where the law requires us to retain a record.
We may update this notice. Any changes are posted on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
