QUÉ RECABAMOS
Su nombre, fecha de nacimiento, país, correo electrónico y teléfono. Su información de salud: historial médico, padecimientos, síntomas, diagnósticos, medicamentos y cualquier estudio de imagen o resultado de laboratorio que nos envíe.
Los datos de salud son sensibles conforme a la legislación mexicana. Los recabamos únicamente con su consentimiento expreso.
Cuando firma su historial médico en línea, guardamos el nombre que escribe, la firma que dibuje si decide hacerlo, la fecha y la hora, y la dirección IP y el navegador desde los que firmó. Los usamos únicamente para poder demostrar que la firma es suya.
Si llega a nuestro sitio por el enlace de una persona que nos recomienda, guardamos en su navegador un código de referencia durante 90 días, y lo conservamos con su solicitud si nos escribe. Sirve únicamente para saber a quién agradecer la recomendación. Es un código, no lleva su nombre ni nada sobre usted, y no lo usamos para publicidad ni lo compartimos con terceros.

Para evaluar si el tratamiento es adecuado para usted, cotizarlo, tratarle y darle seguimiento posteriormente. Estas finalidades son necesarias. Sin ellas no podemos tratarle.

Nuestro médico y el personal autorizado. Los laboratorios y proveedores que participan en su tratamiento. Los prestadores de servicios que alojan nuestros sistemas, bajo contrato.
SEGURIDAD
Cifrados en almacenamiento y en tránsito. Acceso restringido al personal autorizado.
POR CUÁNTO TIEMPO
Por el periodo que exige la normatividad sanitaria mexicana y, después, se eliminan de forma segura.
SUS DERECHOS
Puede solicitar acceder a sus datos, rectificarlos, cancelarlos u oponerse a su uso. Puede revocar su consentimiento en cualquier momento. También puede solicitarnos limitar su uso o divulgación.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Your name, date of birth, country, email and telephone. Your health information: medical history, conditions, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, and any imaging or lab reports you send us.
Health data is sensitive under Mexican law. We collect it only with your express consent.
When you sign your medical history online, we keep the name you type, the signature you draw if you choose to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you signed from. We use them only to show that the signature is yours.
If you reach our site through the link of someone who recommends us, we keep a referral code in your browser for 90 days, and we keep it with your enquiry if you write to us. It tells us only who to thank for the introduction. It is a code: it carries neither your name nor anything about you, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with anyone else.
WHY
To assess whether treatment is right for you, to quote it, to treat you, and to follow up afterwards. These purposes are necessary. Without them we cannot treat you.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing.

For the period Mexican health regulations require, then securely deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also ask us to limit how it is used or shared.
Write to info@altivacellulartherapy.com. We will tell you our decision within twenty business days, and act on it within fifteen business days after that.
